My mission is to help you with methods of easing stress and moving forward. I offer multidimensional methods, including coaching sessions tailored to you. The difference is, I also do energy healings or past life hypnotherapy, upon request.

I was my first client, navigating thru childhood trauma, divorce, and a career in music. Eventually, I strengthened myself and developed methods that I still use for clients, couples, families, and organizations. I now live life more fully with increased harmony and balance.
